OMG, this online shop is too cute to be true. They don't have a lot of stuff online, but i kinda like that. The Price is more expensive around 120rb-350rb / item.

Love you bro, but really, no girl in this world who would want to looks like her younger brother thank you very much. I will wear makeup like Mad woman from this moment on to avoid being mistaken as boys. Oh and i really need some retail therapy too, to bring back the estrogen in me.

I made my first pancake yesterday. It's reasonably easy one, even for someone who never cook before like me.
They taste good, but looks not so representative (i burn them!) so there is no point really to share the pics here ehehhe.

Anyway, here is the recipe (i forget where i get it from)
 
Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
    * 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    * 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 tablespoon white sugar
    * 1 1/4 cups milk
    * 1 egg
    * 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    * 1 tablespoon vanilla (optional)

1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center
2. Mix the milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter in a smaller bowl
3. Pour the second mixture into the center of the large bowl. Mix until smooth.
4. Let batter sit for 15-30 minutes prior to cooking.
5. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

I serve the pancake with sliced banana on side, a slice of butter on top & honey syrup (can't find maple syrup anywhere).

oh ya, kan resep-resep banyak yg suka pake takaran "cups", gw bingung ini takarannya beli dimana ya? udah cari ke carrefour tapi ga ketemu. Akhirnya gw ukur pake cangkir teh/kopi yg paling kecil yg bisa gw temuin di dapur and use that instead. Untungnya masih bisa ditelan hasilnya.

Gosh...it's a new year already!!! I start my first day back at work by doing a radio talk show for my book tak tik blog on D-Radio 103.4 FM. A free publication on media??? i couldn't ask for a better way to start a new year =) Thanks to Mas Eryawan from wikimu who kindly arrange this.

Normally, i hate to set a resolution list because i prefer to flow wherever life leads me to & switch to whatever seem best at the moment. But i guess a simple, passion-based, non-work related list would actually be fun to follow. Here is mine:

• Read more Quality Books (jangan baca buku fantasi melulu !!!)
• Learn to Play Tennis (I've enrolled to KTC tennis school)
• Do at least 5 new things i haven't done before
• Travel to at least 2 new places/cities i have never been to
• Write my second book
  

Been busy for the past week preparing for "nonton bareng twilight" event and thankfully it was a smooth one. We gathered 250 participants, several sponsors & prepared the whole thing in just a week, so you have no idea how relieve i am that everything didn't end disastrously. And the audience, there were just great! I think there's a different vibe when you do/watch something with people who also love the same thing. The movie itself is not as good as the book, but you know...it's not bad. And of course, we all love Rob who played as Edward heheheh...

Anyway, we realize that preparing for this kind of event is actually fun, it's a diversion for our daily thing, so we are hoping to make a routine event for kutukutubuku.com A bookclub perhaps will be nice =). Ever since i watched Jane Austen Bookclub (movie) i really want to do this bookclub thing.

Christmas is coming...i decided to change my wallpaper accordingly. I love this cute snowman wallpaper/calendar from smashing magazine

Really got to find the mood to work on my next book.

Anyway, i'm currently reading J.K Rowling new book: The Tales of Beedle The Bard and currently listening to Michael Buble x'mas album
